With nearly 40 years’ experience Agema has been established since 1986. We are based across 4 sites in Coventry, UK. We also have companies in China and the Czech Republic which provides our outlet into Europe and the East.

Specialists in plastic injection moulding

Our aim is to supply defect free components on time and within budget. We design, manufacture and supply injection moulding parts and assemblies across all industries.

We can offer metal components, injection back moulding, chroming, painting as well as carpet wrapping. We also provide ultrasonic welding and heat staking capabilities. Our moulding capabilities range from 50 Tonne up to 2200 Tonne, 2K Technology. All our large machines are fully automated using Borche and Fanuc 5 Axis Robots complete with conveyors. Our parts are 100% checked using Poke Yoke checking fixtures to ensure our parts arrive to our customer correct to specification.

We provide in house measuring capabilities through CMM and FARO Laser, PV testing, prototype tooling, resin tooling and 3D printing.

We have designed and built a new production hall in the Czech republic (AGEMA EUROPE) to provide even more production capacity and capability to support the European market, this making logistics viable and sustainable from central Europe to all customers.
